Georgia O'Keeffe: Circling Around Abstraction

As owner of the Black Iris Gallery & Custom Framing, which is named after a famous painting by the famous Georgia O’Keeffe, I am sponsoring a coach bus to the Minneapolis Institute of Art to see her upcoming exhibit titled, “Georgia O’Keeffe: Circling Around Abstraction.”

Details:

• Sunday, October 14, 2007
• $25 per adult includes transportation in a coach bus and docent fees
• Space is limited to just 40 riders—please sign up now
• 8:30 AM—depart from Black Iris Gallery & Custom Framing, Spooner
• 11:00 AM—arrive at Minneapolis Institute of Art for lunch and self-guided tour of permanent collection
• 1:30 PM—one hour docent-led tour of O’Keeffe Exhibit
• 2:30 PM—shop the MIA’s gift shop (optional)
• 3:00 PM—depart MIA for Spooner

Lunch at the D’Amico & Sons café (located inside the museum) runs about $10 per person and is served cafeteria style. it’s excellent—fresh and made to order.
